Drafts the reply to each where’s-my-order email from Proton and your ERP.
Always-on AI agents for distribution. They run on your schedule, or the moment something happens in your ERP, and have drafts waiting for your team by morning.
Tell an agent the job in plain language, set when it runs, and watch it get to work.

Hi Jamie, checking in on quote Q-2291.

“Pronto is the greatest tool I’ve ever used. I wish I’d had this back in the 80’s when I started.”

“Pronto saves me 2 hours a day, easily. It’s very user-friendly, even for guys who don’t love tech.”

“Pronto makes me look smarter, gives me the info I need, and never judges my questions.”
“The dream has always been: a customer emails a part list, and the order just happens. Proton is the first vendor I’ve seen actually build toward that — and they ship faster than anyone we work with.”
Cas RangelChief Information & Technology Officer, Building Products Inc.“The only way you could follow up on a quote is if you either remembered it or made a note somewhere. This holds you more accountable. I don’t know how we lived without it, to be honest with you.”
Tony WehrsInside Sales Supervisor, Dakota RiggersYour team can build workflows with Pronto where agent tools are enabled. Our team helps you choose the first job, connect the right data, and test the result. Agree who will own it and who can change it before rollout.
Tell Pronto what you want done, which records matter, and when it should run. It drafts the workflow. Review the steps and sample results with our team, publish it, then enable the schedule. Start with a specific job, such as a weekly brief of quotes that need follow-up.
A schedule you set, such as every weekday morning or before the Monday sales meeting. You can also run a workflow manually. For work based on ERP data, we’ll confirm how often the data refreshes before choosing the schedule.
Yes. A published workflow gives the agent a saved set of steps to follow on each run. The records and AI-generated results can change, so test the workflow on your own data and review the output before relying on it for a recurring job.
Only if you authorize that action in the workflow. You can start with draft-only follow-ups that a rep reviews and sends. Before enabling a schedule, agree the email connection, whose mailbox it uses, and which actions need approval.
The Proton records and connected tools available to that workflow. A quote follow-up may need quote history, customer contacts, and an email connection. The owner’s permissions and connections matter; agents do not automatically gain access to every system or every rep’s mailbox.
The workflow owner or an admin can enable or disable its schedule. Editing also depends on the permissions set for your team. You can review run history to see scheduled and manual runs, and work with Proton on changes before turning the schedule back on.
Yes, using the modules, records, and tools available in your setup. A workflow can bring account history and quote information into a follow-up job, for example. We’ll confirm the supported steps with you; adding a module does not automatically enable every action or connection.
Bring one recurring check, follow-up, or report. We’ll confirm the records and connections it needs, then show the scheduled work and the steps your team reviews.
